Create full contributor guide extending beyond the basic curator checklist (existing issue #34).
This comprehensive guide should cover:
- How to propose new organizations
- How to apply the inclusion criteria
- How to score evidence (with examples)
- How to handle edge cases and conflicts of interest
- How to submit changes via GitHub or forms
- Quality standards and best practices
- Code of conduct for contributors
Include worked examples and case studies.
