Modify TestCentricProject to aggregate the top-level TestPackage #1414
Description
TestCentricProject currently derives from TestPackage. Basically, it is the top level package. As discussed in #1412, this is probably not the best design.
This issue proposes to give TestCentricProject a reference to the top-level package, which it will own. Where top-level settings are needed by the project before the package is created, indivisual properties of the correct Type will be used.
