Add project whitelist option #12
Description
Currently there is only an option to blacklist projects/paths with the testaustime.hiddenPaths setting. I think it would be useful to also have a whitelist setting. If the user has defined both the blacklist and the whitelist, I think the whitelist should take precendence, but feel free to suggest other options as well. There could then be a notification/warning shown when you open a new directory saying "This project is not included in the Testaustime whitelist. Do you want to add it? Yes/No".
