fix: resolve critical TradingSuite bugs identified by TDD test suite (v3.5.1)

## Summary
Fixed 5 critical bugs in TradingSuite discovered through comprehensive TDD testing:

1. Context manager re-entry issue - fixed by checking _connected instead of _initialized
2. ManagedTrade missing attributes - added property accessors for risk_manager and order_manager
3. Event loop error in sync methods - rewrote get_stats_sync using ThreadPoolExecutor
4. Deprecation warnings not shown - converted to private attributes with deprecation properties
5. Config validation order issue - reordered to check extension before file existence

## Additional Fixes
- Updated session management methods to work with multi-instrument mode
- Fixed 8 additional tests that were relying on faulty behavior
- Added comprehensive TDD test suite with 33 tests

## Testing
- All 33 TDD tests now passing
- Test coverage increased to 85% for risk_manager module
- All existing tests updated and passing

## Documentation
- Updated CHANGELOG.md with v3.5.1 release notes
- Updated version references in README.md and docs/index.md
