fix(linux): U-Boot: Falcon-Mode: update meta-ti patches hyperlink

The existing hyperlink to meta-ti patches is outdated since the patches
were merged in scarthgap. This commit updates the hyperlink to the
respective commit range in yocto project's mirror of meta-ti.
