Rich logging handler how to log with timezone?

Is there anyway to format timezone in the RichHandler?

RichHandler(
    show_time=True,
    log_time_format="[%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S%z]",
),

Adding %z doesn't seem to work. It would be helpful to see the timezone info especially when deployed on cloud servers.
