While I get the need for tracebacks_suppress, I think it can be helpful to have an option for whitelisting traceback frames as well. In my case, the framework I'm using (Viktor) is entirely compiled and will not offer much insight if the frames are included. However, there are tons of packages used by the framework that we don't really care about.
Obviously tracebacks_include would have to take precedence over tracebacks_suppress or vice versa.
