I think the problem is that the 'stable' version of the docs is now quite out of date. If I've understood the build logs correctly, it hasn't been updated since September 2023! https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/rich/builds/

Checking the 'latest' docs version, it looks that this includes the tracebacks_code_width:
