Datatable horizontal line separator

Hi,

Within rich.table, there is the end_section which can be added as a separator between sections within a table
but for textual.widgets.Datatable there seems to be no corresponding method

Is this a feature not yet implemented/missing ? or is this possible to do through the CSS stylings?
If the former, is this something that could be added?
If the latter, please can you provide an example?
