All examples show blank(black) screen on Windows 10

All examples show blank(black) screen, a.k.a., nothing on Windows 10.
I tried the example code in README.md and in the folder examples.

What information should I provide to help you diagnose the situation?

By the way, 'rich' works fine.

My environment:
Windows 10 Professional
Python 3.7 (Anaconda virtual environment)
textual version: 0.1.15
rich version: 11.2.0

After "python -m textual.app", the console window is blank initially.
Resizing the console window would make it render correctly.
