How to show floating Label or Widget?

Sorry but I don't understand your question. Perhap a minimal reproducible example would help demonstrate what you mean?

I understand that widgets can exist in a state where overlays (similar to window layouts levels) .

I went through all the examples, and it seems that all of them are written in the compose function to pre-set the UI components (i.e. initialize and display all UI components).

So I'm looking for this answer, please don't skimp on your suggestions.

You might have missed the Dynamic Widgets section in the Tutorial about creating new widgets while the app is running.

For the floating style, you probably want to check the docs on Layers.
