[Issue]: Improve error management for import functionality #338

Issue Description
The import functionality is basic and error prone, and currently imports the items without minimal checking.

Expected Results
The import function should warn if any of items to import depend on other items. If they depend on other items, and the other items are not selected to be imported, a warning windows or dialog box should appear providing information on the item ID's that should also be imported. The dialog box should provide an option to continue or not the import.
This will require also to improve the import window to have the ID of each item displayed.
