Mail "You have been invited" don't includes ical attachment

Plugin works as espected and setup properly, but the mails with "You have been invited to meeting" we are receiving from redmine don't have any ical attachment. i can't see any misstake, icalendar plugin has been installed.

is there anything else to configure?

Just checked - ICS file is included. I don't see any reasons, why it should not be.

I need more information to understand the cause.
