Windsor IoC scoped lifestyles fail on mono

Seems mono doesn't support LogicalGet/SetData in mscorlib which Windsor 3.x uses for it's scoped lifestyles. Bugzilla lodged with Xamarin, watch this space.

I'm reliably informed this is now (probably) fixed in this PR: mono/mono#817. Just need for it to appear in a release.

This is now definitely in master of mono, should be in next release.
