Add the options to disable the Aether's custom menu/dimension music in the 1.7.10 build to fix compatibility problems with MusicChoices

The config options to disable the Aether's menu/dimension music were added in the 1.12.2 build of the mod, but still remain unavailable in the 1.7.10 version for whatever reason. Adding the config options to this version of the mod would fix a compatibility issue with the MusicChoices mod so the Aether's music system doesn't overlap custom songs you assign to the dimension. Would be very useful for modpacks such as my own.
