Quest ID 9629 [Catch and release] - counting kills

Description:

In quest 9629 [Catch and release], if you tag a [Blacksilt Scout] you get one counter to the quest. If then you kill it you get an additional counter.

Current behaviour:

If you tag a [Blacksilt Scout] you get one counter to the quest. Ok. If then you kill it you get an additional counter. This is not the objective of the quest.

Expected behaviour:

After killing the tagged [Blacksilt Scout] you should not get another counter.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Tag a [Blacksilt Scout] with the [Murloc Tagger]. You get a counter.
2. Kill the [Tagged Blacksilt Scout]. You get another counter.
