Changes proposed:

Adds distance checks for followers, works on pets, summons, vehicles and similar

Issues addressed: Fixes #

#419

Tests performed: (Does it build, tested in-game, etc)

  • Build Windows 11 x64bit vs 2022 and Fedora 38 x64 (gcc)
  • Tested ingame with pets and vehicles

Known issues and TODO list:

  • None
