Add Zotero scraper script

The easiest way to ensure that the compendium is continually up-to-date would be to have some sort of cron job that periodically visits Zotero, downloads all of the compendium data, and adds any data that isn't already in the database. To this end, it'd be good to have a script that would perform this process for us.
