flows: platforms: ihp-sg13g2: Update sg13g2.map
* Remove DIEAREA layer name since this is generating DRC violations and shouldn't exist. * Remove all unused NAME layer names that were commented out. * Removed all Metal and TopMetal layer names with PIN, LEFPIN layer types assocciated with layer type 2 (pin). Those two layers should be mapped to layer type 0 (drawing). layer type 2 are not added to masks and therefore shouldn't be used. * Align all layers properly with tabs to have them at the indentation.
