FreePDK45.lyt DBU precision

Hello,
I do not know much about the EDA stuffs (I am a student who is helping a PhD student), but in the FreePDK45.lyt file for KLayout I think the DBU is wrong. In the terminal it says Warning: DEF UNITS does not match reader DBU (DEF UNITS is 2000 and corresponds to a DBU of 0.0005, but reader DBU is set to 0.0001) (line=5, cell=, file=6_final.def). So when I'm following the advice and change to 0.0005, Klayout is no longer complaining. Am I doing something wrong ?

The looks like a real issue but at the same time I don't see this warning when using ORFS. How did you encounter it?

Hey,
So I just ran make with -B with aes design on Nangate45 pdk and in the terminal Warning: DEF UNITS does not match reader DBU (DEF UNITS is 2000 and corresponds to a DBU of 0.0005, but reader DBU is set to 0.0001) (line=5, cell=, file=6_final.def)is shown at then end of the run. It is not an OpenROAD error/warning but a KLayout one. Then when you edit the FreePDK45.lyt by changing all the DBU unit by 0.0005, the error is no longer shown.
I am running on a docker environment on Mac M1 pro on MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90)
