Fields with the same name in route metrics .json

### Description

There are multiple `detailedroute__route__wirelength` fields (example: sky130h/uW) so it may generate confusion regarding which one of them is actually the final result.

### Suggested Solution

We should probably have some additional classification to not have identical fields.
