Placement not done properly

Hi and there is an issue during placement process some of the instances are out of the die area and it is detected during the global_route stage only. Is there any way to rectify it?

They all look similar is size, what sort of cells are these? I haven't seen this issue before so I'm not sure what is wrong. It is hard to guess at these issues without a test case
