Repo stats error for forks

Hi,

I have a forked version of OpenROAD and every day it runs github-actions-repo-stats.yml. This results in an error:

250617-23:08:01.041 ERROR:MainThread: this appears to be a permanent error, as in "access denied -- do not retry": 403 {"message": "Resource not accessible by integration", "documentation_url": "https://docs.github.com/rest/metrics/traffic#get-top-referral-sources", "status": "403"}

What does this mean and how do I disable it?
