Cannot explain several metal spacing violations

I have 3 violations I can't explain. I'll put them in separate comments.

There is only 1 source. The source is a net which connects to pin C.

Source 1 is the net connecting to pin D.
Source 2 is the net connecting to pin C (which has a violation described above).

Source 1 is the net connecting to the pin B.
Source 2 is the cell itself ???

I would assume the cell name is used for a blockage as they have no name.

No, it's an OR2 cell generated by Yosys.

Probably the violation is with an upper layer that is not showing here. I need more context to understand.

I uploaded the file violations.zip.
The violation number is 845 in metal spacing.
For the violations at the beginning they are respectively 9803 and 9804 in metal spacing.

In your images are you showing all metal1 shapes? I'm particularly wondering if via enclosures are shown.

All shapes are shown. The via enclosure is there. You can see it on the left and right of the via on the pin B.
