PDN error PDN-0185

Hi,
Trying my first steps with OR and ORFS.
Created a very simple example of
assign Y = A & B; // single bit end

Utilizing the sky130hd lib, the config.mk is set with the following settings:
export USE_FILL = 1
export PLACE_DENSITY ?= 0.88
export CORE_UTILIZATION = 20
export TNS_END_PERCENT = 100

I am getting the following error:
[ERROR PDN-0185] Insufficient width (5.06 um) to add straps on layer met4 in grid "grid" with total strap width 15.2 um and offset 13.6 um. Error: pdn.tcl, 5 PDN-0185`

Couldn't find any relevant info about this one.
Would appreciate any help or a hint about what have I done wrong.

The design is too small to fit the power grid. You need to increase the die size (or decrease core utilization) until it fits. Or you can change the power grid settings to use a smaller pitch.

If you search PDN-0185 you will see it has been mentioned in other issues.
