Cannot compile on rhel 8.1 using a prefix #7918

I installed all the deps in /prj/usb_4531/users/costa/prefix.
I use the cmake args from etc/openroad_deps_prefixes.txt.

Using CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH fix the cmake issue yes but the build fail. Will add a comment with more info.

Note that during the build, you will run into an error due to the compiler version.
In RHEL8 gcc 8.5 is not enough, I have tested with GCC 13, but suspect that GCC >= 9 should be enough.

I compiled OR with qt 5.15.6. However I get a crash when enabling the gui:

I would guess you have an issue with either you X server or your Qt installation rather than OR itself. Can you start designer (the qt tool)?

Apart from the gui, I have the same issue as the one I reported in #5604.
But now it's with an OR compiled on RHEL (and not on Ubuntu with a handmade container to make it work on RHEL).

Actually I don't have the issue in #5604. I just forgot to update the binary path.
So OR compiled on RHEL8 works perfectly.
