Connecting the VDD/VSS ports of the macro

Hello! I'm using a proprietary standard cell library. The memory macros in this library only have power/ground ports. How can I connect them to the common power network?

I didn't understand what you meant by "matching strap pattern." Can you explain?

Will you top level straps have the same widths and spacings as the pins on your macro?

Hello, I tried following @rovinski advice, but I ran into a problem. The macro ports use the lower metal layers, and the spacing between them is such that using the upper layers is impossible. Using the lower layers to create power straps won't work, as the power straps running through the entire macro will cause a short circuit.
