When estimating parasitics from global routing, EST expects that the routing data has connectivity properly represented, i.e., the segments of the routing have a correct order based on the connetions between them and the connections with the pins. The output of CUGR is not ensuring this, and should be fixed to enable parasitics estimation from its results.
