For facial recogoniation tools here's some additonal tools someone can use with pimeyes and facecheck ID.

https://github.com/vin3110/facecheck.id-results-extractor can use mobile and desktop on this to extract the URLs
https://github.com/addycb/Pimeyes-Free-POC I mainly used Linux on this but feel free to try windows all written on python, desktop only.
