Save model results to different locations depending on purpose

At the moment all the results are saved to the same container 'directory' whether they're real runs by schemes or internal test/QA runs by us. Perhaps the internal runs should be stored in a separate area entirely. This'll make it easier to distinguish between real and test, and make handling easier when it comes to e.g. deleting unneeded files.
