test: Add comprehensive tests for JugglerSequence

Description

Added JUnit test cases for the JugglerSequence algorithm to improve test coverage.

Changes Made

• ✅ Created JugglerSequenceTest.java with 4 test cases
• ✅ Tests cover edge cases (n=1) and typical inputs (n=2, 3, 9)
• ✅ All tests verify correct sequence generation

Why This PR

• JugglerSequence.java had no test coverage
• Adding tests improves code quality and reliability
• Tests follow existing project patterns
