Transaction Page: Create another doesn't reset form

Describe the bug
While creating a Transaction the form is not reset after clicking on Create another button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Transaction Page
2. Fill out form
3. Click on Create another

Expected behavior
Form is being reset after creating the transaction
