Formatting C# removes all indentation

Whenever I format a C# document, it removes all indentation. Here's an animated demonstration:

It also doesn't seem to be respecting some of the settings, as I am using defaults which appear to add a space before and after :, but the formatter is stripping surrounding whitespace (not animated):

I thought that it was possibly one of my other extensions, so I turned them all off except for ms-vscode.csharp and this extension, then VSCode, but the issue remained.

I am using the latest extension version, on the latest Mac vscode.

I'm also experiencing this problem on linux, and it's quite annoying because I NEED the ability to put braces one the same line. NEED it to LIVE! :D

@damccull et al, you can do this without an extension by overriding Omnisharp's settings. I demonstrate how to do so here: dotnet/vscode-csharp#313 (comment)
