What's the trick for installing dependencies?

I'm converting this notebook for Paperspace Gradient, and as it stands, there's a lot of dependencies that aren't installed through just running through the notebook steps. For example, git-lfs doesn't get installed, but I can see the package supplied within the Dependencies directory.

Q:
What command(s) do I need to run to install everything from the lists and packages provided within the Dependencies directory? Shouldn't there be a step somewhere already doing this, or is there one and I'm just not seeing it?
