Hello there my name is Michael, I've been facing this problem for more than 2 weeks and basically looked everywhere online and couldn't find an answer, It happens to me on Automatic1111 Colab Pro notebook, I will attach 2 images showing the whole code of the error, when it happens the "Start Stable-Diffusion" cell doesn't give me the link to Automatic1111 UI.
