Currently scripts are setup to ignore title and artist metadata when generating cuesheets

This was done to prevent any formatting issues with the title or artist (such as blank fields, special characters) causing issues during processing. I may add this in - but it doesn't matter in my workflow because I import the final chapterized file into MusicBee for further metadata editing and the cuesheet is currently just used for conversion/storing purposes and not as actual cuesheet.
