Description
What version(s) of WoW are you using?
Classic
What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
Currently the "profit" information while crafting is very much useless and still forces you to calculate the prices of everything with rough estimates in your head. This is because of 2 issues:
- reagent prices take AH price which is often inflated, with a toggle option they could take trader prices (maybe while considering reputation too)
- output price and the profit is based on what the item is listed for on AH, most of the time items never sell on AH so the more sensical price here would be the trader dumping price
What solution would you like?
It would be awesome if there were the following options:
- toggle reagent prices to use either auction house or prefer trader prices if they are cheaper (for example reagents such as Silken Thread are often heavily inflated in AH), bonus points if it considers your reputation with the faction
- toggle output price to use the trader selling price instead of AH price, often times the AH prices of crafted items are extremely inflated and nobody ever buys them, for every 20 crafted items maybe one gets bought so it only makes sense to calculate your profit/loss based on trader price and not on auction house prices
If you could please add these two toggles I would be very happy :)
Any alternatives you can think of?
