Error in M+ and combat for communities chat - strlenutf8(string)- #179

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
I am part of a housing cross faction community and i have it as a separate chat tab. The chat works as expected during non-combat but as soon as I enter any instance then i get this error when new messages are coming to chat.
Are you experiencing any lua errors
