Professional reputation lacks durable, structured, accountable signal across company boundaries #7

Description

@TheMrAnderson

Observed behavior

References are private and informal. Public profiles are self-curated. Bad actors can reset reputation simply by changing companies. Existing anonymous platforms lack trust and accountability.

Why this is a problem

This creates asymmetric risk for companies and teams, and protects manipulative or destructive leadership patterns.

Constraints / tradeoffs

What success might look like

A public tool, linked to a professional profile like LinkedIn where employees can give details about the bad actor and the actions so future companies and teams can be protected. This would have to be public, not private so it stops one person from bashing another for a personal vendetta.

Non-goals

  • This is not a feature request
  • This is not a proposal for implementation
