MFA with oauth2-azure

Hi!

I am exploring the option to implement MFA with oauth2 Azure, but have not been able to find any good documentation about it.
More specifically interested in using Cisco Duo and if not possible, I am open to explore other options. 
By any chance do you have any information or documentation of how this can be achieved? anything will be much appreciated.
