Army whitelist for matches, controlled by the host of the game.

Basically, all the armies will be available by default except Legacy Boss General and all the other boss generals (if they will be added.)
The host will be able to enable or disable armies from being chosen by players or by random selection.
It will also make it easier to have a match where bosses are allowed, or only normal armies are allowed, or only boss generals, etc...
