Change the CarBomb Button of the GLA terrorist into a suicide Button

The Button for the GLA Terrorist to make a Car into a Car Bomb is useless for the player it self, this might even confuse the new players into thinking this is to blow up the terrorists.
I expect the Button is only used for AI to make car bombs, so I suggest we move the button itself to UI slot 15 [Not visible for the player but still useable for ai, Like we have with the stealth terrorbike for AI]
And that we add a suicide button for the terrorist in slot number 1 with a different picture so players know the difference.
This will allow the players to suicide the terrorist whenever they want. Without having to force fire the ground, which delays the explosion. Does also make more sense since the terrorist is holding a detonator in his hand anyways.
