Observed behavior

Crackling is audible near river and water sound is not easing well.

Expected behavior

No crackling is audible near river. Waster sound fades in and out nicely.

tried to make it a bit better hope it worked

The crackling appears to be gone. What I can still hear is

1. Quieter water splashes sound radius is larger than louder water wave sound
2. Water wave sound has no easing

Perhaps take a listen at river sound of Winding River Revised. There it sounds good.

its only one sound file also winding river should have crackling noises aswell as it shows in wb its the same sound file as on sakura

the only other thing is that multiple other sound overlapping this one on WR.
so i think we just close it on this point
