Just a quickie to help those that are having trouble with a chinese 4" Android 8.1 panel
1: remove chrome (yes get rid of it!!!) and anything that may use components of it
2: check that Android webview is enabled. (apps/system apps)
3: go to playstore and update webview (this is key)
4: download webpanel from the play store
READY TO GO!
