Add random chance of Tracker "accidentally" going "pop" when opening the TR portal

The same RAM address that tracks how many Peg World pegs have been hammered tracks how many pegs in the Turtle Rock portal puzzle have been hammered. We could add a small chance of Tracker saying something like, "Pop. Oops, wrong screen." when opening the TR portal.
