Locations window lists key-locked locations as in-logic in Keysanity

Noticed during the August BCU async seed, which was Keysanity, the Locations window has been listing locations as in-logic, even when the player doesn't have the required keys. This was pretty clear with Hera Compass Chest and Blue Brin showing up when they weren't supposed to. The map was not showing green for these locations, so it seemed to be correct.
