Playwright standard base configuration

Hi!
Thanks so much for this awesome repo, I learned a lot.
In the Playwright page, you stated:

You can find our standard base configuration here.

but I couldn't see a description or link to any configuration.
Am I missing something? I'd love to see some configuration like that, that implements those features stated in the list you gave :)
