Issue Description: Video Playback Only Plays Audio on iOS

Problem Summary:
In our React Native app, video playback on iOS only outputs audio without displaying video for list items starting from index 6 or higher when accessed directly. However, starting from index 0 and scrolling to those items results in full playback with both audio and video.

Details:

Environment: iOS, @shopify/[email protected], react-native-video (version TBD).
Behavior: Direct access to item ≥ 6 = audio only; scroll from item 0 to ≥ 6 = audio + video.
Suspected Cause: Caching issues, AVPlayer initialization timing, or MP4 file metadata problems.
Expected Behavior:
Full video playback (audio + video) for all items, regardless of access method.

Steps to Reproduce:

Directly access an item ≥ 6 in the list.
Observe audio-only playback.
Start from item 0, scroll to ≥ 6, and verify full playback.
