MacOS udpmcastserver.py spits out errort after receiving CoT message #3

Going to select over list of sockets
This error is output after a CoT message is received. Not output on Linux.
Minor error as it does not seem to effect the operation of program.
Use this program for testing Cursor on Target message reception/transmission.
