Good practice to secure credentials in docker images

I try to secure an apps calling datas from postgre database.
What's, for you, the best practice to secure my credentials for golem app deploys on shiny proxy server ?
I try the .Renviron way but I find difficulties to make it works in the docker image.

I auto answered the discussion.

I don't know if this is the more secured way. I use golem-config.yml and get_golem_config() function and it works fine in all environment.
